The health and safety of our guests, staff, and community is our number one priority. We have adopted elevated Health and Hygiene Measures:
Contactless mobile check-in is available
All staff will wear mask and gloves
Masks, gloves and hand sanitizer are provided free to guests
Social distancing measures will be in place
We use EPA, hospital-grade QUAT solution for disinfection
High touch and public spaces cleaned with increased frequency
Surface areas in guestrooms are thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with electrostatic sprayers
We continue to closely monitor Federal and State government policy changes, Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, World Health Organization (WHO) advisories, and public health advancements. We pledge to continue to make changes as necessary to adapt our protocols and procedures.
We are temporarily closed to room reservations with a planned return to normal operations coinciding with the state lifting of the 14 day mandatory quarantine for trans-pacific travelers. At this time, no reservations for stays prior to September 1, 2020 are being accepted. For the latest update on travel advisories in Hawaii for COVID-19.
